Yes, it was beautiful out.  I was at Cement Ridge and Crooks Tower.  Also in Grand Canyon, Rattlesnake Canyon, Wagon Canyon, and Rifle Pit Canyon.  Sounds like a lot, but all the canyons are all next to each other.  And, by the way, only Grand Canyon is a canyon.  The others are more like "draws" not canyons!  But all still pretty.  I recommend Cement Ridge but Crooks tower wasn't that great, but it was around 7150 ft.  From Crooks Tower, 631.2 was a pretty neat trail down to 231.  LD 

Oh yea, something I learned today from some North Dakotan's out riding at Cement Ridge.  The oil under ND right now is estimated at 800 billion barrels.  Enough to last 200 years.  And, ND has just recently surpassed Alaska in oil production and is now the second largest oil producing state in the USA.  Second only to Texas.  Wow.  Hope they don't find oil here!  Sorry, I just had to tell someone!
