Honda XR650L vs. Kawasaki KLR 650

you can find a nice klr650 for less than $1500 all day long, they are a blast on the road and if you can't get it someplace off road, you aren't trying hard enough. 

Some of us don't WANT to try that hard.

Matter of taste I suppose.  Just bought a XR and can't image a more perfect dual sport.  Then again, that's why I bought it.
Ultimately, I chose that over the KLR because I thought the Kawa had far too much plastic up front to break.  My GS has less.
