That's an inspiring video.
On one of my last hiking trips I had encountered a bit of difficulty hiking through some snow and over a pass in Colorado.  When I got to the top, off in the distance across a bowl, there was a small figure coming down from another pass.  The person gave a hoot and we met up on the trail to visit.  It turned out to be a 72 year old guy that had both hips replaced in the last three years.  He was hiking solo doing the scouting for a group of people that he was planning on bringing out later in the year.  He was hiking in places I'd never dream of going in a group and he was doing it solo.
That experience lead me to change some of my health habits for the better.  One of my foremost goals is to be like "that guy I met in the mountains".  I think of him a lot.
We can all take a queue from these folks.
