How to do a whip jump

Ricky Carmichael demonstrates how to do a whip jump. Maybe we should practice a few of these at the spring rally? I'll let someone else go first...

I think i did one of those at the fall rally. Of course i didn't mean to... and i didn't land like that.   I love hows he says "its just easy".

Well he does make it look easy.   I'm just happy to land from anything over about 3' of air without crashing, so I don't think I'll be trying.
Not sure what Carmichael's count is, but I've heard Travis Pastrana has broken over 30 bones.

There's one guy that can whip his bike 180 and still yank it back to land. I could only wish I had the skills. Check out Todd Potter
