has anyone been paying attention to the proposed ethanol legislation to increase the amount of ethanol in our gas?

I read that the EPA waiver (to use allow use of E15) does not apply to motorcycles, heavy-duty engines, or non-road engines. (so all 3 would apply to KTM 990's  )

On the legislation itself, I haven't heard a status recently. I'm sure the side with the most lobbyists will win...
