How to apply your trail stickers...

The glue quality on the trail permits seems to vary year to year. Sometimes you almost need an angle grinder to get the old sticker off next spring.

I was talking to Mart Geary (one of Fletch's AA riding buddies) out at Farmingdale a few years ago and he told me this tip. Put clear packing tape on your fork tube and then put the sticker on top of that. Next spring, it will peel off easy, no solvents, angle grinders, or wire brushes needed.

Maybe everyone already knows this tip, but it was news to me and it works well.
