Oh yea. I had the Honda version CR500 I. The mid 90's.  Great bike plenty of power for hill climbs and damn near bullet proof.  Always ran great and minimal repair/Maint.  Costs.  The only real negative was the medical bills it generated.

I've had a 92 kx500 when I was around 19 and weighed about 135 lbs. It pulled me around nicely.

Also built an aluminum framed CR500. 01 frame with a 97 motor. So much fun. Diesel engine type power. Gas mileage was atrocious!!
