I know the earlier ones (550) had some problems... But this would be fun. decent price for a really well setup bike. No Idea what shipping customs nightmare would be..
Because it was sold in Washington, I wouldn't think the bringing back into the country would be an issue. Just paper work and a bit of cash.
Those bikes are on my short list of bikes to have.

They had a good run at Dakar for a few years. I would have liked to have seen them taken a little further.
I found a picture, not the Dakar bike that Chaleco rode, but a cool one none the less.
I miss Lopez in the Dakar. He was quite a character and knew the terrain. That bike took him to 3rd place finish in 2010 and several other victories in Rally Raid. Not to shabby.
These days he's behind the wheel of a rally car.
