Low flying plane

I guess this has been up for about a year but it was news to me, I haven't been out that way in a while. It's on the I-90 frontage road near the two-lane that goes north to Alladin.



Here's an article on it - still not sure why someone would pay money to do this, maybe they just love aviation.
