He is an amazing rider with some great tips................... I just wish this guy would get his head together and ride the Dakar the way it needs to be ridden.

KTM will be shooting for their 14th consecutive Dakar win, or is it 15? I stopped counting after a dozen.

I think Honda and Yamaha have increased their efforts so it could be close.

I read the Yamaha bike is based on the WRF this year instead of the YZ. They added a 6th gear too, that should put them over the top. 

Yamaha has increased their efforts in other ways too, check out the Yamaha racing girls.

Yup, the new bike is based on the WR instead of the YZ this year. Would be nice to see Despres on the bike but he's driving for Peugeot this year. The depth of their team could be better but Oliver Pain could do well.
