Looking at a real estate deal so I'm trying to figure out some different avenues of financing.
We're lowballing the seller so not even sure if he's going to go for it, but I want to be ready.
Actually, speaking of financing, do any of you guys do private financing? Maybe we could do a loan with the bike as collateral? Even take possession beforehand so there's no question. Anyway, just thinking out loud --- onto the bike!
