I was lurking another discussion board this am, and noticed a pic of a Kaw Versys. Anybody got one? Anybody rode one? I havent heard a thing since they came out. I liked the twin cylinder and saw one in a showroom in Aberdeen last year. The reviews were good but that's the last I've heard.
i like them for a standard all around bike. good neutral seating position, wide bars, plenty of umph and decent mileage. i think they would do alright on good gravel roads, but i think that is where their off road prowness ends.
would be a good bike for the hills, but more for the pavement than the trails.

I wonder what kind of time and money it took to get it looking like that? Very cool.
I rode on at the dealer last year while I was waiting to get some work done....was way too small for me, very uncomfortable. Also, just didn't have the "fun" factor for me.
