small riding pants

I'm also looking for some decent riding pants for my son. He's a thin one and would use NO more than a 32 inch waist. i think he's more like a 28 but he lies to me so belt loops would be a must. He's not a flashy kid so so something basic black/grey with a little protection would be nice. Over the boot too.
