I'm sure everyone here knows advrider. It's so big and so busy it's really impossible to "keep up with". I've enjoyed it for a few years, but in the last week I've stumbled across 2 threads that are simply can't miss.
This one:

Has simply the best bike photography I've ever seen, hands down. You can blow through it in 15 minutes.
And this one, is an adventure that makes Long Way Round look like going to get the mail. Be forewarned with this one. If you start it you'll lose at least a couple evenings. It is just incredible but worth every second though. Don't be turned off by the "teaser shots" in the first post.. it's all not about hot Russians in bikinis :)

Hope you enjoy them like I did!
Turned "off" by the first few posts? Yeah right.... Cool thread, I loved the guy with the pontoons on the side of his bike! Thanks for sharing.

Well, that one took me about an hour to get through....I probably spent way too much time soaking in the photos...simply stunning!

And this one

I'm only about halfway through, I got absolutely no work done today, thanks! 8)
That is the best RR I've ever seen on ADV, hands down. To borrow from the many replies in the thread, a truly EPIC RIDE! Do not miss this one guys.
Apparently he takes those photos riding one handed running the camera w/ the other. No tether or anything. Pretty cool.
I think that RR is amazing too. There is a DVD coming out at some point, and I can't wait to see it.

Yeah, I read the whole thread too. He's really good at getting those picks at speed, but I don't think I could bring myself to hang a $2K+ camera out there like that. :o
