Title: "Doohickey Tools"
Post by: Black Hills Back Country on May 11, 2013, 07:29:04 PM
Hey Guys,

Does anyone in the Black Hills area have the tools (and the know how) to put the Eagle Mike Doohickey in?  I hate to buy the tools for a one time job and I'm not sure I would know how to do it without a little guidance anyway.

Thanks

Thanks guys.  Black Hawk, I'll give you a call later this week.  Is it pretty easy to install?  I keep hearing horror stories about them breaking and I'll be glad to get it fixed.

There are plenty of videos on youtube that can be found with a quick search.

Not hard to do about 1hr
Do get the torsion spring then you never  have to open it again.
If you have the time we can do it here at the house.
