Wish I had 5 grand to burn. I'd have some fun getting hurt on that one.

That bike was my buddy Griz's (on this forum) bike.  He had the BMW 450X at the "spring" rally but moved on to the Husky you see in the post.  He had good luck with both, but I think they were a bit much bike for the riding we have here in the woods of MN.  A 450 is alot to hold onto over the length of and enduro and it sounds like and the turning prowess was a bit lacking.  I rode it a few times and agree that it's a fine bike, but also a big bike.  He's since moved into to a KTM 300XCW.
I don't know if it's a bike that would be good to dual-sport either from what he's told me.  Better left to more open off road perhaps.
I hope the DDSR sticker stayed with the bike and the new owner looks into joining our fine community.
