This is pretty clever for removing dents from 2 stroke pipes... the common method is pressurized air and a blowtorch, but water pressure would be much safer. Unfortunately it looks like the eBay seller went out of business, so you'd have to build a rig.
That's a cool tool.
I don't need it though. I just refer all my pipe dents as "factory" dents.
