Title: Nothing major for the AT.
Post by: locopny on November 13, 2020, 07:49:04 PM
Got together with a local rider and head over to check out Sheyenne National Grasslands last week. Thursday rides on warm November days in ND are reasonably few and far between. Sorry you missed it Kevin (Abercrombie).
Just a 240? Mile day trip to experience just how poorly the factory Dunlops were in the really sandy conditions. Not technical terrain really but technically tough on our tires.  Scott's BMW GS had some 80/20 tires. Finished off the ride home running through Little Yellowstone along the river toward Fort Ransom.
Motivated to run this in conjunction with ADVrider.com O2O baton 'rally'.
Would have been more fun had it arrived earlier in year...not day before snow storm or just before harvest.
