Title: Honda's addition to the dual sport scene
Post by: numb41 on November 12, 2010, 09:35:38 AM
My computer skills are simply too weak.  asphaltandrubber.com (page 3) has several articles and interviews and links to the 2011 Honda Crossrunner.  I just hope they'll come in under Yamaha's price tag for their 1200.  Hey a guy can dream, right?

doesn't look too "dual sport" to me.  honda can do a heck of a lot better than that (and does overseas) if they are wanting to bring a dual sport bike to our shores.

but it is a cool looking bike.

There is a Crossrunner and a Crosstourer. I think the Crosstourer is the one that will compete with Super Tenere, etc.

That 90-degree V4 that Honda makes is a sweet motor, I had a VFR500 for a few years and it was smooth as a sewing machine from idle to 12,500 rpm.
