The GF is 5'4" and the XT and KLR are to tall and heavy. The DRZ is to tall. And I would like her to have electric start.

the xt225 and the ttr225 are very similar bikes. my sister just got a ttr. everyone says how heavy they are. b.s., it's a sweet little bike. it is geared a lot lower than the xt225, has beefier wheels and a few other beefier components.
found the ttr on craigslist in gregory, sd. i'll keep my eye out for a bike. i would consider a kawasaki klr250 sherpa too. they are awesome little rides, electric start, dual counterbalancers (lots less vibes) and air cooled.
