  You don't have the headlight disconnected on the WR do you?

No, unless there's a short in the wiring somewhere. I'm not sure what else to try, the problem comes and goes so it is hard to troubleshoot. The bike starts to lose power and then dies, if you toggle the ignition key off and back on, it starts right up again and runs normal. I wonder if the ECU is going bad. Or maybe clogged fuel filter, but if that was the case I'd expect it to run like crap all the time. Fuel pump motor is new so I don't think that is the issue.

Dave I think you and tannerc will have to lead the loop. My WRR is acting up again, I guess ignition coil was not the problem.


Are you sure your gas tank vent is working? Try opening the gas cap when it quits and listen for a hiss.
