I was finally able to talk the wife into going on a ride with me today. She always loved to go with me when I had the ol CBR but that was on paved road only. I have to say I was skeptical of the Dr. being able to keep highway speed (75) with both of us and my bags on there. Man was I proven wrong to be skeptical. Every time I ride this thing in a new situation I am just utterly impressed with how it does. Any way we went to the New Underwood Reservoir more like a pond to me but whatever. Took the highway there and then was able to talk her into gravel roads on the way back. I swear the Dr. does better on that gravel road 2up than it does with just me, seems to be well planted. Long story short she is getting her confidence up on riding in the dirt. Hoping to get her driving soon...
