Looking for a 400+cc bike that can be plated

Hoping to spend <$2500

400-650cc, something single track worthy, but has to have a title so he can get it plated in SD.

DRZ400E, or S (prefer a titled E), WR450F, KTM, XR, just about anything.   Might spend a hair more for the right bike.

I think that is a pretty decent price price for 2013, $5k, new ones are 8-9k
