Need some help from you guys...

My family is looking at investing in a piece of property up in the hills. Would like to find a Nice Cabin with 5 or more acres to purchase around the Hill City Custer area. If any of you guys know a place please let us know. Also, when we do buy a place, I am going to need someone to keep on eye on it for us. We have been looking at land managers but....I just thought if someone wanted to make a little cash every month, I would rather pay anyone of you guys. If you are interested in that look me up. I am hoping that we have a place bought in the next couple of months and I am hoping to be around more for the Spring and Fall events.

Aaron, I so wish I was making the same plans you are. Would be even better to make plans to move out that way. But alas, neither is happening.
