Looking for kids gear

I am looking for gear for my granddaughter. Would like to find some dual sport style gear but I'm having trouble finding stuff like water proof Jacket and pants. She is really small but really wants to ride this spring. At 6 years oldshe only weighs maybe 40 Ibs.

If you have any idea where I can find some stuff like this let me know.
