Late July/Early August Ride - Great River Gravel or Trans Minnesota

Hey everyone! I'm trying to figure out how and when I could get on longer ride in July or August. I've wanted to try the Trans Minnesota Adventure Trail. Another option that I've heard great things about is the Great River Gravel Ride. I don't see that they are doing organized events for that anymore though. I think my brother is going to come for sure, but if anyone else would want to go with that'd be cool!

TMAT has two different routes, central and eastern. Anyone have any experience doing these?



The GRGR looks super cool and has some nice ride reports too. Was anyone able to do this ride?

For the TMAT the eastern route is the most scenic.
