Black Hills Newbie Ride - June 6th-9th

My brother and I are heading to the hills Monday the 6th.  We will be staying in Hill City and going out from there every day.  Are there some roads that newbies should definitely ride or stay away from?  Does anyone want to meet up and ride with a couple of flat land farm boys?
