Titanium Welding

I just received an add on spark arrestor for my 2016 Beta factory edition EVO 4T 300.  The exhaust is all titanium, as is the weld on sleeve for the new spark arrestor.  I had it in my head I could just pop on over the local welding shop and have it welded locally... well I was wrong!    Do any of you fine people know where I can get two light weight titanium pieces welded together?
