Thinking pretty seriously (once again) about trying to find a cabin/house somewhere in the Hills as an investment and get-away.    Ideally something with an acre or four, close enough to Sturgis or other prime spots for rental income, and most importantly near some good riding

A bit of a fixer-upper would be OK, but I don't want a dump that consumes my life either.  3 bed, 2 bath ideal.

If anyone knows of anything that is FSBO etc that I might not see on a realtor site, let me know!
