E- bikes are the future! Neat video comparing an electric mountain bicycle to a KTM Freeride E-XC

The weight weenie that I am, I really like the Sur-Ron e-bicycle (120 lbs). Like everything, you can hop up the Sur-Ron from 52 volt to 72 volt. A hopped-up super-moto Sur-Ron has hit 80 mph. Tesla and Samsung have recently made lithium batteries that get twice the range from the same weight. Game changer.
Like all KTM's, E-XC is over priced and needs aftermarket work? Both have electric start
So glad I didn't buy a smaller Beta as they will soon be obsolete.

Wouldn't it be cool if a local electric coop would buy one of these bikes to promote electricity and bring it to the fall rally for demo.
