Black Hills Enduro Club question.

I'm curious how many would be interested in joining an Enduro club that offers riding on 3000 plus acres of southern black hills land.  How much would you be willing to pay annually or monthly to have access to private riding area.  Wooded, rugged terrain good for extreme enduro and technical single track. 20 to 25 member group.
