Changing Tires

Does anyone have a good lead on where I can take my Africa twin to get some new shoes?  Both dealers in Rapid said they won't be able to do it until November . I understand the issues with finding labor right now but that is unacceptable for my needs. 
Side note: I do have 2 brand new tires just need them swapped out.

You don't need tires just labor?
I have the factory tires off my AT if I read it wrong.
