I am hoping to do the LA 2 Barstow to Vegas Thanksgiving Dual Sport Ride next year.

I am thinking of driving the truck from Iowa to Vegas and riding the bike to Palmdale for the start, ending up back in Vegas and trucking it home.

Any interest in that?

This looks super fun. It says big bike friendly, but isn't it the same ride that Snooker broke his swing arm on? If so this would be the ride that had all the contraversy about a guy being left in the desert after a sever injury, but he left the route on his own so the sweppers missed him etc. etc. Either way, this would be a great way to spend the holiday.
