Chad, I'm curious why you want to get rid of the fork brace .  The fork brace seems to be one of the few mods out there that most seem to think is well worth it and isn't followed by pages of controversy.  I bolted up an EagleMike fork brace a couple weeks ago and am very glad I put it on there.

Not a biig fan of the lack of clearance. Brett had a good idea to install some spacers to get more clearence so I might give that a shot.

Hope that works out for ya..  The first time I saw a fork brace I thought clearance would be an issue but so far I haven't had problems with it.  Suppose if I went mud bogging a bunch and caked it up it would be more of an issue at which time I would go the spacer route as well.
